Manager 2010 to March 2015 u Responsible for program-management of large scale initiative involving
the transition of multiple applications into a new MRO (maintenance, repair
and operations) system. Program scope
developed and delivered 3 of the top 5 enterprise initiatives. Program team
consisted of 5 Project Managers supporting the implementation of Supply
Chain, Inventory Management, Production Control, Data Conversion and Heavy
Maintenance and ~85 Team members. Created and managed a $75MM program
budget. Developed, trained and implemented agile methodology to program team

product problems. The application was developed using Oracle,
PowerBuilder GUI, Java Spring services on a tomcat webserver. Citrix
was used to launch the application. Affectively
managed multiple partners including the Technical Resources, Business
Analysts, Designated SME’s, Off-Shore Business Partners, Vendor Team and
Implementation Partners to successfully delivery ahead of schedule and under
budget. The successful delivery allowed for deployment of new aircraft
type within the Southwest Airlines fleet. Oversaw development of test
catalogue and subsequent QA and User Acceptance testing. Worked closely
with the change management organization to align change and training to
significant delivery, which allowed for a smooth transition to the user

Manager 2006 to 2010 u Led the design, implementation and successful delivery of Integrated
Dispatch Weather Project, supporting multiple operational business areas and
involved the delivery and integration of WSI Fusion, Weather Pro and Hubcast
products from Weather Services International (WSI) with a $4MM budget.
Participated in the development of RFI/RFP, vendor selection and contract
negotiations. Instrumental in leading the business SME’s in development of
vendor’s future roadmap. Led the delivery of these state-of-the art
systems to the Operation Coordination Center (Weather Pro and Fusion) and all
41,000 Southwest Airlines employees (Hubcast). Successfully navigated the
challenges associated with integration of development using two distinctly
different methodologies through project lifecycle. Managed project team
through waterfall methodology while vendor used agile development. The system
architecture required a highly available, fault tolerant and scalable
solution supporting a fleet of 800+ aircraft. The system used Oracle
and Java services on Linux with JMS for messaging. WSI Fusion enabled
situational awareness through the visualization of high-quality, real-time
weather data. The implementation reduced the number of applications a
dispatcher was required to access to safely dispatch Southwest aircraft by
integrating weather into a single flight tracking system. Developed
User Acceptance Test cases and oversaw the testing efforts. Coordinated
testing efforts with QA teams. u Managed rollout of CUTE (Communion Use Terminal Equipment) at Las
Vegas McCarran Airport including requirements gathering, testing and
deployment. This program gave Southwest Airlines the ability to expand gate
and ticket counter usage at McCarran Airport by utilizing any terminal at any

Business Analyst 1999 - 2006 u Designed vouchers and tested customer funds for POS (Point of Sale)
system to aid in rollout of Southwest Gift Cards for Customer Funds
Management Project. u Guided successful delivery of Click2Coach system, an evaluation and
